About Me

“ To me, photography is an art of observation. It's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place... I've found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.”

Since my childhood photography has been one of my most loyal companions. The first time I held a camera in my hands I realized that I had the power not only of capturing a moment in time, a memory, but also I could tell a story. Furthermore, I could create my own world. My camera become my canvas, my emotions; my brushes. My dreams, my happiness and my sorrows; the texture of my images.Later I discover that It was through my lens that I hold the key to new and exotic worlds.Sometimes my camera and I have witnessed the social context of a changing world. Some others times, it has been the beauty of simple things that have always been in front of us and because of its proximity, they became invisible to our senses. It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to share with you through these images a part of my world and myself.

My interest in photography was initially focused in the fine art segment (capturing nature and still life images). I still do enjoy this very soulful art and actively practice it with my Camera .

There is however, a different joy in shooting events or portraits. I feel honored every time knowing how very important & personal it is to you. Since my formal degree is in Business Administration, I do highly benefit from the attention-to-detail skills that I have acquired over the years and apply them regularly to photography techniques.

The new era of digital photography and its close integration with computers has changed photography in significant ways, but the art itself has remained simple and untouched. I often strive for simplicity in my photos and believe that "less is more".

Likewise, I had simplicity in mind when designing this website and I hope you have enjoyed your visit. Thank you!

My Philosophy

Photography has always been a defining activity for me, and I'm sure other photographers will be able to relate when I say that that shooting has granted me a very unique view of the world around me. I've compiled most of my favourite footage, photos and timelapses into this "Reel". Everything in the Gallery was shot over the course of 2009-10, my first full year with a Cybershot.

I am committed to telling your story. Because telling stories is what photography is all about. Knowledge, experience and a strong creative vision are my tools to translate your message into pictures that will blow away your target audience.

I am shooting mostly portraiture,Moto, Nature and Sunset but I refuse to specialize too much. Simply because working in different fields keeps me fresh and makes me a better photographer. I constantly borrow techniques from one field and implement them into another. It’s like broadening my vocabulary to tell your story even better.

Creative and technically outstanding photography is the core of what we do, but I go beyond just great images. I’ve set the bar really high when it comes to service and flexibility.

My Equipment

The Canon EOS Rebel XS / 1000D is a unique blend of Canon EOS Digital Rebel XSi / 450D and Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi / 400D. It features the body, controls, DIGIC III processor, battery, SD/SDHC card slot (like most point and shoot cameras), flash control menu, Auto Lighting Optimizer ("detects dark areas of an image and automatically adjusts brightness and contrast") and Live View of the XSi/450D and the 10.08 MP sensor, 2.5 inch (diagonal) rear LCD and 12-bit analog-to-digital conversions like the XTi. Oh, and a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT / 350D-like 7-point AF system that uses the XSi / 450D AF algorithm. Canon has made a useful Canon EOS Rebel XSi, XS, XTi Comparison Chart (.8 MB PDF) available for a more-graphical overview of the differences betwen these cameras.
